DAY 2:

  • Remember to shop small as we embark on the holiday season. MetroWest offers a wealth of small retailers offering many unique items that can’t be found anywhere else!  In Natick, there is Brandt Jewelers who offers fine jewelry and exceptional service, Helen’s Handbags who sells unique handbags and one-of-a-kind memory blankets. Five Crows represents 120 local and regional artists and offers beautifully handcrafted gifts for every occasion.  Pop into Drink Dion’s for a massive collection of beer, wine and spirits.
  • If you have time to explore, check out Serendipity in Hudson which features beaded glass and gemstone jewelry, framed original art and prints, cards, journals, candles and much more. In the same neighborhood, pop into Sarah Bertochi Handmade to peruse the handmade gifts and uncommon goods from local artisans.  Browse Bird and Bear Collective for carefully curated items for your home.  Then head to the Boston Honey Company in Holliston where you can find local honey, maple syrup, candles and body care.  Take a bit of a drive down to Little Man Originals in Whitinsville, a family run business that creates textile handbags and accessories made in Massachusetts.
  • On the drive back to Natick, stop and browse the European, American and Asian antiques as well as hand-made artifacts by local artists at Leduc Arts and Antiques at the Boroughs Collective.
  • Famished? Try Arturo’s Ristorante in Westborough.  Delight in their authentic take on Italian cuisine.  The braised beef ravioli looks divine!
